Door wood trim

Door wood trim
I got a hell of a deal on the wood inserts for the doors.
Now the question is, How do these mount to the doors?
There are three tabs on the back.
This makes me think I will have to cut three slits in the door panel.
Then what, are there some kind of clips that hold it in place?
I am sure there is a Jaguar approved ( labor intensive $$$ ) method. I will opt for it if it looks like I can do it.
The shade tree mechanic in me tells me to snap off or bend over the tabs and glue it in place.
