Default 03 Stype CD Changer question

I'm about ready to purchase a used factory CD Changer for my jag (since mine just has the single cd factory player) on ebay. It's listed for 85 bucks I believe.

Stopped into Car Toys to see about installation and they asked if the car was pre-wired from the factory for the CD Changer to be installed. He said if the wiring is already there, it's not a hard job to install the CD Changer as he thinks it would be a plug and play installation.

Does anyone know if the wiring is in place to add the CD Changer trunk unit? Or does it have to be installed as well? Any help would be much appreciated.

Even if the wiring is in place, I doubt it's a 'plug and play' operation. The 03 S type uses fiber optic cables for a combined audio and command path... and if they're anything like the previous AINet versions, they use a Jaguar specific control data sequence - NOT compatible with any standards.
