Sydney Meet - Jags at the Drags - WSID - 25th Nov 2016
Myself and Steve K will be heading to WSID for the Wednesday night drags on the 25th November. I'm putting the word out to a few other Sydney-siders I know who might be interested in joining us, make it a night out.
It's always a laugh running the Jag down the strip, who's up for it?
You just need a drivers license and an AS/NZS approved helmet, a long sleeve shirt, full length trousers and closed shoes.
$60 entry for the night, racing starts at 6pm, I usually get there around 5pm
More info here Events - Sydney Dragway Ferrers Road, Eastern Creek

If Eastern Creek wasn't a 10 hour haul I would be there. Last time I was there Gibernau took out Doohan in the 94' AGP.
Headed that way for the Barry Sheene festival of speed early next year. Maybe a catch up for dinner or something then. (new thread when details come together)
The Barry Sheene Festival of Speed
Enjoy the drags.
Also considering doing ABD in Sydney next year and leaving her indoors with her sister on the North Shore for the day.(just a thought at the moment)

27 years in Australia I have stayed in Sydney 2 nights, both in 2010. Not a city person, haven't been in Brisbane CBD in 15 years.
When the guys I'm riding down with work out what is going on I will start a thread and probably ditch them Friday night unless they want to dine and sip red with Jag guys instead of drink scooners and have a counter meal.
I'm guessing they will do the later.
LOL, stereotype much Clarke?
I haven't taken any videos of 1/4 mile runs since the car came down to Australia, but here's one from Santa Pod in the UK.
And yes Clarke i'm wearing my flat cap and tweed jacket with elbow patches
