How's this Steve....Locations are Bairnsdale, Moe, Alexandra , Bacchus Marsh, Frankston, Gisborne and Alexandra

All these areas are close to great drives! Mornington Pen,Eildon,Powell Town and Daylesford to name a few.

Hallam Pub car park,very close to freeways,may make a good starting place but doesn't favour Steve Costa and Hawkin too much. Then Mt Dandenong or similar?
Open to suggestions from the others that are interested.

 

Yep thats pretty much what I said I thought. I am Ok with it , just a matter of who else would participate. Once we get to know people it might be possible for individuals to propose runs in there areas. As you point out they all have some nice roads and the locals may also point out some less known ones. See what they others say when the eventually log in.

 

Have only just seen this thread having been overseas for a few weeks. Anyway, I'm keen to join in. Being in Croydon North I'm probably the closest thing you have to a "city dweller" so far! Later in September sounds good to me.

Thanks for your interest. I am an ex city slicker from FTG, finally got to a stage were it was driving me batshit and enough work ducks were in a row to get out of town.

Will make a proposal for a meet up date/time now and see how we go.
