Default Satin Matte help

I’m considering a satin matte finish from Jaguar - anyone have one of these?

I am trying to find some real owner experience of maintaining these paints. I haven’t found any information from owners online, lots from people who have wrapped their car but none from people who have the jaguar satin matte factory finish. Very keen for your insight!

is it hard to maintain? Does it scratch more easily than traditional metallic? Can you pressure wash it?

any feedback gratefully recurved!!

Call a high end detailed and a body shop. I Have heard from a couple that it is hard to match paint for repairs. I like matt thought.

Had a customer that had a Mercedes 550 SL AMG that came with the matte finish. It's a different look for sure and don't know if it would be my choice for any car. I talked with him about maintaining the finish and he told me it's pretty easy but, you can't wax it. Spray detailer is about the only thing you can use on it (possibly a spray wax?).

As far as durability I would have to guess it's about the same as any other paint finish?

Also, as Norcal said above I would imagine trying to match panels would be extremely difficult if you had to.
