Default Grinding Front End

Hello,
My wife drives a 2021 E pace SE Dynamic. It only has 900 miles on it. Early on it started to develope a slight grinding/scraping noise in the front end, around the brakes and suspension. It started getting worse so we brought to the Jaguar dealer.
They couldn't find anything wrong and swear it is not the brakes.
The noise only happens when the brakes are applied, hard or soft. However, we have gone 2-3 weeks and they are perfect, no noise, then it starts again.
if it were the brakes it should always happen.
The dealer has a case # with JLR, but nothing.
Any ideas or perhaps experience would be appreciated.
Thanks

It's the brakes. My dealer said there's a service bulletin for it. Contact your dealer, they should be absolutely able to figure it out. I had the same thing since nearly new. The dealer performed the recommended adjustments, and the issue has gone away completely. They did the service about 1000 miles ago and the issue has not come back since. I'm at about 3500 miles now.

If the dealer still can't figure it out, have them contact Jaguar Main Line in PA service department, they are very familiar with the issue, they said I was the 3rd person to bring the issue to their attention. They gave me a discovery for the day, service took about 6 hours.
