Dear Guys

My 2003 S-Type R has started making a squealing noise coming from what sounds like the front right hand wheel arch. It comes on intermittently when driving and is much worse on braking. I have recently had the car serviced by a non-Jaguar specialist and was told the brakes (and everything else) was okay. Does anyone know what the problem is please?

I too have this problem when driving at slow speeds, but goes away during braking and speeds above 30mph. This problem started for me after changing brakes, and rotors. So I assumed it was either of the 2
