I purchased my 2020 E-Pace a tad over a month ago. It's got the fixed panoramic roof with an interior sunshade and in Settings I have it set for the sunroof to open and close when I start and stop the car. It worked until a few days ago. I tried turning off that auto-open/close feature and turning it back on to no avail. While it's just a minor pain that it stopped working as it was and should given the Settings I've set up, it makes me nervous that some worse failure is lurking. It does open and close just fine if I use the switch. Any advice on how to get the auto open sunroof to work again?

 

Odd. Any luck on this issue? Mine works fine. Have you tried to "unset" the open close and try that for a bit. Then "reset" it. The other thing might be a bit harsh, but you can reset your software by disconnecting the battery. That erases a bunch of stuff.

 

Got it fixed, thanks. Just had to open and close it manually once and then auto started again.
