Hello I'm having wiring problems with the signal light/Horn assembly, it seems to be a direct short in the blue and white wire which is for the dipper switch when they are both connected together the horn goes off, I have to leave them disconnected to stop the horn, could this be in the switch assembly or is the horn relay shorted, Is there anyway I can test the electrical circuits to trouble shoot the system?
