Clutch and brake fluid replacement help!!

I drained all the fluid out, filled up the reservoirs and cant seem to pump the fluid through the system. Is there something im missing? Maybe a thread on how to do this that i missed? Thanks

You now have air in the system. You have to bleed each wheel caliper and the clutch slave cylinder. If you have not done before, you will need help, preferably by someone of experience.
