Default Frame vin stamp
Hey Folks,
I have a 1970 Series II, that has no stamped vin# on the font pass. side of the frame under bonnet. Will the vin plate next to the battery suffice for registering? What does no stamped vin mean?

likely replaced at one time: wreck, rust, ??? can have it stamped
