Default series 2 side fender lights

I just received a amber front lucas light from a forum member and although it is in excellent shape it appears to be completely different
from the ones on my car! My car has lights that are about one inch deep but the new one sent me is only 1/2" deep ??
I'm wondering which is the correct light/lens for series 2 E types ? 1969-70.
These lights mount on the sides close to the bumpers, two red at the rear and two amber at the front.
Are both correct, or year dependent?

Go with the flat mg ones if you want better gas mileage and air flow..........
Unless its an absolute concours car.
Put one flat one on and notice how the bonnet looks smoother, I switch 30 years ago, they make for a cleaner look.
IMHO
