Default Time for E-type ReFresh

Good morning, I hope you all are well.
I need some guidance from you all.
I have a 1969 XKE 2+2 Series 2 that was restored back in 1992. Since the restoration the car has had an additional 1500 - 1600 miles on it.
Back in 1992 we did not have the resources like we do today, We (father and I) used mechanics who had history with these cars. This time around myself and my son will be taking on the task of this rebuild. I wanted to see where my best bet to find the documents on Parts, Part numbers, exploded diagrams, procedures, torque specs, ect. The car is still beautiful but after 27 years needs pretty much every seal replaced, anything rubber, replaced, must moving parts refreshed or rebuilt.

Can you guys help me out?

Thank you all for your time.

Blake

I am at the 75% mark on my 1970 2+2 restoration, you will find that you get quite good at navigating xks.com and sngbarrett.com, they have everything you will need for the most part, all it takes is your credit card. :-)
