They show up on eBay from time to time. Search of V12 XKE and E-Type pistons and then, if you don't see them, save the search eventually they should show up (you'll get an email if someone posts them). I found pistons for the 6s but not for the 12s when I just searched.

 

Don’t look here in America. Our pistons for that era car were all 7.8-1 compression not your 9-1. A tiny handful of very early cars arrived with 9.0.-1 pistons likely less than 50 but in decades Ive only seem one.
