I don't what model you have, but don't you have an exterior light switch on your turn signal stalk? Are we getting punked?

Default Sensor covered?

Is something covering the daylight sensor? That would keep the lights on all the time.

Just turn the light switch to off... There's off, parking lights on, headlights on, and auto. At least that's how it is on my x-type.

Wait a moment. I know what the problem is. Your lights are switching on/off without you controling them and even when you switch it off manually you still get green light on your panel.

What you need to do is use your NAV screen (if you have the big screen), go to menu, then choose settings and go to daylight switch , once there switch it off (it is on right now). Once you do that OFF means OFF and then if you set the switch on auto (recommended) it will then be OFF unless it is dark.

Do that as soon as you can because having the lights always on will burn the HID Xenon and these are not cheap to replace.

Let me know what happens
