This is an old thread....but the car definitely really looks nice. I was surprised.

 

Hmmm, now i'm thinking about lowering my car, buying another new set of rims, and a paint job. Holy Cow!

 

i love it!!! i wanted to get a 97 xk8 last week it was just $5k with 36k miles on it. but someone was faster than me and took it.

 

This is definately one of the better looking XK8s out there. The previous owner of my XK8 had already lowered mine. When I changed the shock mounts I found spacers in between the springs where he was trying to reverted to the old car stance. I took them off and now my car sits pretty low. Now I just need to get some nice wheels and tires like these to see how it makes my white convertible look. Might try removing the side mold too but it depends on how much work it is.....hmmmm
