Default Too much pressure (inward) in the expansion tank

Hi All,
I'm new to the Jag world, I recently bought a jag f-Pace with 73,000 miles on it, the main issue which I'm facing is the following and would highly apprecaition the advice here:

1. Even after the engine cools down for a day/two, there is excess inward pressure built up in the colant expansion tank (pulling the coolant level way below the min mark, infact it was towards lower end of the tank)
-> Once I open the expantion tank cap, all the pressure is released and the coolant level comes back to Normal, between min and max guage.
-> While running, at times I see engine coolent level low (read dashboard error) as well, once the pressure cap is release off some pressure, it goes back to normal

2. Another observation, is that every day I start the engine for the first time, the engine has starting issues, lots of missfire and the engine cranks a long time (5 to 10 seconds) before it could start, after which I do not see any miss fire or issues while the engine is running, everything is quiet smooth.

Other Observations:
1. Engine Coolant Temperature is around 88 to 105 degree celcius - duning running conditions.
2. Not seeing any white smoke in the exhaust, nor frothy coolant.
3. No coolant leakes observed, once the cap is opened the coolant level comes back to normal.

Note:
I have already replaced the coolant cap to 200kpa

Try parking the car on a small incline and run the car until it reaches around 100 degrees C (turn it off before overflowing), with the reservoir cap open and HVAC temp. set on HI. During this also raising the engine speed to 2000 RPM every 2 minutes for 20 seconds helps to push the air out. My bet is that You have some air in the system left. Were there some cooling system jobs done by the previous owner?

I not sure about the previous owner, but I did a full coolant bleed and did what you said that did the magic. Thank You sir.
