'15 aux LED lightbar install - Lazer Lamp Linear 18 elite LBA
Does anyone have any experience adding an aux LED light bar? Trying to determine best mounting option for an 22" W x 2" H x 2.5" D on an OEM front grille/bumper. Trying to keep it removable or stealth, but there are not many options without impeding intake airflow or cooling. The lights do not generate much heat, but living in S Florida and running AP tune I don't want to disrupt air flow.
I am considering creating a Project 7 grill from aftermarket parts and possibly mounting the lightbar to the bashbar to keep it behind the grill and out of sight.
Also, any suggestions on finding the High beam wire for the wiring connection or is it best to run a CAN sensor to control this unit's Lo/Hi operation?
Lotsa wildlife on the way to Mexico, want everything to know what's coming...

Like you, I've been wanting additional lighting. But a lightbar is probably not the style for a sports car. There are some truly great LED's today, and quite possibly a far more compact solution can be found. I've been considering these: (SR-M series Pro driving light, about 2400 lumens each)

Here is an F-Type with a lightbar. I am not sure if it is LED though.
