Okay, so to take the InControl Touch Pro from 380W Meridian to 770W Meridian Surround, the process would be;
1. add the centre speaker, possibly you will need to add the wiring from the amplifier to the centre speaker as well, I don't know, haven't looked at this exact specification of car first hand yet
2. change the amplifier from the 380W version to the 770W version, if the donor car for a 2nd hand amp is not an F-Type, the software loaded in the amp may need to be changed, that was the case with the earlier cars, I don't know about the newer ones yet
3. Car Configuration File needs to be altered to enable the centre speaker and surround functions in the IMC and on the touchscreen. There are two challenges here....
3a. A different/newer diagnostic tool is required for 2018MY onward F-Types, called Pathfinder, the hardware interface called DOIP.
3b. There is no CCF editing function in the Pathfinder software, it's only possible to load a complete new modified file.
I don't know anyone in the USA outside of JLR dealers who has a Pathfinder/DOIP setup.
I do have a contact who can make a new modified CCF file which can be loaded with Pathfinder, but I doubt very much that a franchised JLR dealer will want to know about this.
You're looking at several thousand dollars investment to get a genuine/original DOIP, and Pathfinder software.

I tried to upgrade F-type MY2020 from 380W to 770W using Pathfinder. I used the amplifier that was removed from I-pace.(KX53-19C164-CB. Stock is L8D2-19C164-BA)
I installed the center speaker and amplifier, rewrote the amplifier firmware to the F-type one(KX53-18C808-CAF), and edited the CCF, but there was no sound.
Through trial and error, After I run Variant Configuration on the IMC's ECU feature (although the process itself fails), surround options appear in the touchscreen audio settings. But there is no sound.
On the other hand, if I leave the CCF at 380W and connect a 770W amplifier, there is a sound. Sound is also output from the center speaker.
I suspect that the cause is that the amplifier firmware is incorrect or that the Variant configuration process does not complete properly.
Does anyone know a solution?
