I think I hear two as well... I can hear the car take off, upshift with a little crackle which sounds normal, then start going crack crack crack which stops as the car upshifts again, then it goes crack crack crack again... Is that what you're getting?

☝🏽 This only happens when I increase acceleration&rpm need to either overtake/climb a hill ☝🏽
When it shifts are you lifting your foot, or keeping it buried? It sounds like it shifts, you let off the gas - causing the crackles and pops - and then you get back into it. If you have your foot down the whole time then I would think you have a fueling issue of some kind - something is causing unburnt fuel to get into the exhaust, perhaps. What happens when you shift with the paddles? Maybe it is a throttle position sensor fault? Once it gets past a certain point in it's travel, it gets confused? That's all the wild guesses I can think of - hopefully someone smarter will chime in!
