2015 Performance Seats to a 2014 Base Seat

I've found good deal on a set 2015 performance seats and is it worth the upgrade? My base seats are the 14 way adjustable, and does anyone know if the connectors are the same?

Should be.

But you will probably have some airbag system faults from the passenger seat, needs to be programmed to the car.
