So what type of paperwork did you have to do to transfer his CPO warranty to you? I think that Jaguar is more lenient and permits private-party transfers but certainly there is still some type of paperwork, right?
I don't have paperwork but the dealer confirmed the normal warranty and that I have an extra year on top of that due to the CPO. Per Jaguar, it's transferable.

I recall that some CPO transfers required the seller and buyer to process paperwork but must admit that I have not purchased a Jag CPO so don't know their process. The last thing you want to do is to learn that someone had to sign some paperwork on the day you learn you have an issue. If you have already talked to your local Jag dealership about it and they said there is no need for transfer paperwork then your good as they know more than I would. Enjoy!
