Different lighting regs in the US, like red rear indicators (how weird is that?).

Yep, NHTSA hasn't approved pixel lights as well as laser lights (a la BMW) for onroad US use. Without NHTSA's approval, they can't sell them here.

Waiting for approval will be like waiting for Congress to allow us to get rid of daylight savings time 🙄
