Default AWD F-Type in 2015

What do you think of the rumours?

Would you get one or stick with traditional RWD?

I'd definitely spring for AWD. Kinda spoiled by how easily my GT-R dug out (or should I say shot out) of a turn.

Hood being raised? Ugh no please. Well it remains to be seen how it all will pan out. Was hoping the higher output models would have the manual gearbox. The ZF gearbox is just plain blah!

Of course the hood would need to be raised, how else would they get another diff in for the front axle underneath the engine ....

AWD is great and all, especially for launches from a dig but how much more weight are we adding lol She doesn't need to gain any more weight!

And remember, British AWD is heavier than German/Japanese AWD. Then again, some guys like thicker girls :-)

Default I'm not one of them.

When it comes to thicker girls or cars...

Think of it this way, it could make early f-types more valuable given their potential aesthetic premium.

It also makes sense that only one engine get the manual box. I am thrilled they are taking the time to create one manual drivetrain. Anything more would be greedy! A manual f-type is now a serious contender against the DBS for a space in my garage.

Personally I haven't purchased an F type yet because i've been holding out for the V8 to get either AWD or a manual trans. I feel like I will be disappointed, but it could be worth my wait...
