Battery shorting out? Car died suddenly

New AGM battery was charged to 13v prior to putting it in. The car does have the possibility of starting however it runs super rough and only stays on if I keep on the gas.

I have not checked the scanner for fuel pressure, I'm assuming the car needs to be running and to then run a live charting application on it?

Can I get at the fuse easily for the fuel tank? Or does everything have to be removed?

The high pressure fuel pumps on the AJ133 and AJ126 are a known failure point. Not all that common but they do fail from time to time once the mileage gets up there.
Two of them, low down on the right hand side of the block one behind the other, driven by a chain off the crank.
One of them failing is now my prime culprit.
Check out this AJ133 tear down by I Do Cars, it shows those fuel pumps a couple of times:
