Default Bonnet alignment issue? space between panels...

Is this an issue with the bonnet alignment from the factory?

Or has someone pushed my front bumper a little?

Thanks

Could be either, but it requires simple adjustments to correct which your dealer should be able to accomplish within minutes.

Please post pictures.

Show it to your dealer first. It could require a simple alignment.

My hood (bonnet) was misaligned from the factory. I took it to the dealer and it was fixed.

I also had an issue, dealer fixed it. Not the same location as yours. Relatively common issue from what I've read...

Same issue here. The factory sometimes has problems with this. It's been noted on the forum before. Huge aluminium stamped part on a pretty light set of hinges. Easy to get it out of whack but thankfully a pretty easy adjustment for the dealer. Had mine done in under and hour.

+1.

It usually requires loosening and "tweaking" of the nose, and side panels below the power vents. The hood has limited adjustment. Many have had this done, and in every case I'm aware of, it's been handled as a no-charge, warranty repair. It takes two hours or less, but many dealers will send you to their preferred body shop, even though no painting is required.

The GM at my dealer said he'd had the adjustments done on 8-10 of the F-Types that have come through his dealership, so it's not uncommon.
