Default Brake Fluid Flush & Change

On a recent thread where I was locked out of my car because of a key fob issue, car is in the dealership at present, they are recommending that the Brake Fluid be flushed and changed because it is recommended that the car is 3 years of age, and should be changed every 2 years.
@ 28k miles, I really don't know if that is necessary, although my CPO Warranty kicks in December 12th and I do not want and issue that may arise with the brakes during the CPO if I don't have the system flush.

I am aware that some sort of breakdown in the fluid happens, because it was recommended with my Harley. It's just questionable because of the low mileage...to me.

Brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air, that is why there is a 'time' replacement interval rather than a mileage recommendation.

I change my daily driver's brake fluid every three years (clutch too, are you listening @Unhingd ? ) and on my other exotic that I track once or twice a year, that is flushed EVERY year. (Moisture can lead to boiled fluid in track usage)

I didn't get any records of BF changes with my '14 so I changed it.

Failure to replace BF can lead to ABS issues on modern cars. IMO its well worth it.

Changed my brake fluid at 3 years, as recommended. Why not do it?

Well...if in the case of the F-Type, you are changing most of the clutch fluid if you change the brake fluid. (Same reservoir, anyway). All that flushed and replaced at 3 years on mine (no exception ever!).

All my vehicles get changed as per the manual......you know it's that book in the glove box that most never read, but should.

Did the brake fluid flush on my F-Type R earlier this year at a bit over 3 years. Very easy. Bought the required spec ATE SLV brake fluid on Amazon.

Did you do it with a vacuum bleeder?

No, just the old manual way by pumping the brakes to feed into the collection bottle. Worked and didn't spray fluid all over the place thankfully.

My dealer replaced the brake/clutch fluid after 3 years. All of a sudden, my clutch started to work perfectly. I think it was never properly bleed at the factory.
