Default Broken Brake Vacuum Pipe

Hi all,
first post here - from the UK. I’ve read a lot of posts recent and older on various issues - what a great source of knowledge this forum is.
I am the owner of 2014 v6.
I have a broken pipe within the engine bay, it appears to be on the brake vacuum line and does hiss when engine is running. Trying to find the part number but struggling - if anyone could help please!

This is a vacuum line and it will "hiss" when running since it has a leak/opening now. It appears the part would be #AJ813946 - Vacuum Hose ~ $97 USD, however, check with the dealer when ordering to be certain as Jaguar diagrams suck.

Also, I am pretty certain, that plastic "T" where it cracked is simply the tube that goes to the Symposer (sound device) actuator, and if you are not concerned with that "enhanced" cabin sound, you can simply plug or cover the tube, where the "T" broke in the photo.

Good luck.

Great info thanks.
I’ll take a look at the part number you suggested and check with my local Jag specialist before ordering.

I have read some info recently on the artificial cabin sound from this and although it doesn’t bother me either way I’d rather keep the car ‘stock’ as much as I can.

Personally, i'd just go to home depot and get a plastic "T" nipple and replace that, connecting the 3 hose back together. I do understand wanting to keep the car as stock though. So If you want to order a replacement OEM hose, then that's what you want to do.

The thread is stuck for me (won't display the latest post), so here's a contentless post to move it along...
