Well like it or loathe it, what it does is to make the greenhouse look a lot smaller due to the magical slimming properties of black. I am really a fan of that look in the Astons and Ferraris but of course it isnt for everyone, and I think Toyota now have it as an option in Corollas lol

You might consider running the wrap along the line of the haunches straight to the rear corners of the spoiler. That will leave you with a sleeker side profile and a fully blacked out spoiler. I believe that will offer a more integrated look.

I'm also a big fan of Aston design and love what you did, Bruce. I actually think it would look wayyy better with my storm gray setup, or even satin wrapped gray + gloss black A pillar

You might be on to something there... Wish I was better with photoshop.

Yeah that was an option but from memory I didnt think it flowed from the angle of the windows. You see, I tried to run with the window angle which they do with the db11 https://carbuzz.com/cars/aston-martin/db11/2019

But good suggestion. I'm thinking of putting some wrap a little up the side (maybe rising to 50mm or so) to nip in my waist as well.

Bruce, I think he may have been referring to my vert. Of course I'm wrong quite often. Just ask my wife.

Bruce,

I've said it before, I think it showed real vision and compliments the car as well. I enjoyed watching the progress as you tried different things out.

Thanks eeeeek, that made my day! I should pass on credit to DanNl who was a very enthusiastic participant in the process, and handy with photoshop too from memory. So thanks to Dan for that and Unhinged and Oz for exhaust and brakes respectively, also I got the idea for the Vorsteiners from another user who had a build thread for his silver car - so I might not be very original but I copy from the best!

I just wrapped my side sills after seeing your car so copying the best must be contagious 👍

I did this to my car. Certainly makes it look more exotic and menacing. I love it.
