I do DD my Jag, but do try to park in one-sided curb spots and fairly far away from the door at work. In public places it's OC most parking lots have huge spaces.

 

I'm more OCD perhaps, but location factors in too. The 2106 Ultimate Black Base is a few weeks old, but as a year-round (except snow) New England driver it's getting the complete Xpel treatment - front, full hood, fenders, rockers and mirrors. Past experience with other cars says it's worth it. And it helps my piece of mind.

Door dings? Before the F-type I already hunted safer parking spaces; distance usually not a problem. It's not like the extra exercise will kill you. Heck if we had our priorities straight we'd value distant parking more highly: "Hey, sorry I'm late but I found this fantastic parking space 2 miles away."
