Default can anyone explain the install of the footrest pedal cover?

Hello I just received my footrest pedal cover and my question is it comes with the cover with three screw studs attached and then 3 "anchor" pieces that you drill and install. Do you then remove the centers of the anchor and just push the threaded shafts into the center of the anchors? I'm just a little confused and since the directions are pictures only don't want to make a mistake on the install. Thanks

That sounds like fairly standard trim attaching hardware. Post pics, please.

You are correct... separate the black backing and use it as a placement guide for positioning your pedal. Mark and drill your holes, then push the trim screw "anchors" into the holes you drilled... then drive the plastic screws into the anchors in order to expand the flanges on them. This will ensure they remain secure. After completing this step, remove the screws and push the footrest pedal into the anchors... and enjoy!
