Star Trek's Captain Kirk, William shatner is auctioning off his f-type R sports car

 

Didn't know William Shatner has such good taste! I'm planning on not selling my F-Type till I can't drive it anymore.

 

Me too. I can't think of anything better I'd replace it with, anyway.

 

My F-Type is a CDH car. Cold Dead Hands, that's when I'll give it up.

 

There’s a few of us in here with this attitude it would seem. You can definitely add me to the list as well.

 

HA. I didn't know I have the exact same ride as Shatner.

I'm driving mine till the wheels literally fall off. Every sports car I owned prior has become a classic of sorts. The F-Type won't be an exception. Just a matter of time.

I tend to agree that the F-type will have its day. With the way things are going with cars that day probably won’t be too far out, but until then it will remain in its current under appreciated state I guess. You know, with Jag being the brand that everyone loves to hate and all that…lol

 

There's no way I'd buy that car. While I appreciate his incessant thirst for more power, I've seen how he drove the Enterprise.

 

It probably needs new dilithium crystals too.

That was my thought as well. In any case, now someone else gets a chance to take it to warp speed.

 

He is also the host of the TV series "The Unexplained" Excellent one to be the host.

 

Damn, that's quite a premium to pay for a car w/ some Captain Kirk farts in the upholstery
