Default Clock format resetting

This is totally benign, but I‘ve noticed that my clock resets to military time format periodically and I have to go in and change it every so often... I’ll log this one under “English software craftsmanship”

It’s a US thing to not use the 24 hour clock. Very confusing at airports where they show an A or P after the departure time, easy to miss unless you look carefully.
I find digital clocks which are 12 hour really annoying.

They do it to be consistent with their weird date format.

I set the date on mine to display in mm/dd/yyyy but every now and then it seems to reset to dd/mm/yyyy

The ideal format by the way is yyyy/mm/dd like they do in East Asia btw

Not exactly the same thing, but when the car came out of six months storage, the clock was about 6 minutes slow.

If you drive the car really really fast it will catch up.
Or maybe it will slow down. Interstellar anyone?

Yes. We turn off the internet when we leave the desert, Sirius, the insurance, the gas, and everything else we can to drive down costs.

The joke's on you. There's a setting in User CP | Edit Options to change whether or not to use DST.
