Default Clock Sets Back To 24hr

Running into this issue about every 2 weeks. Even though I set the system to 12hr clock it will revert back to 24hr at least twice a month.

Anyone else dealing with this?

Mine has reset the date from MM/DD/YY to DD/MM/YY, I assumed the date was incorrect and changed it then realized the date WAS correct, just in the wrong format...

Happened to me with some routine as well. Been a few other settings that seem to revert back to default values for some reason. Have no idea what causes this, but its mildly annoying

Wouldn't know: I always leave it set to 24 hrs, and never need to know what day it is when I'm driving.

I would, however, notice if the default side for the steering wheel changed. (It has not)

Yep - glad I'm not the only one this was happening to. I figured I was causing it somehow.

How is date format changed? Mine is set to DD/MM/YY, but I cannot see any menu item to change it... Other than Language/Locale which is set to English (US)...

Well I spoke too soon. Wheel was on the wrong side this morning. Weird.

Just kidding, but when I got it back from service its was in the 24 hr mode. Took me a while to find the setting to change it.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME! I'm in the process for forcing myself to get used to 24 hr time because otherwise I'm going to go insane.

British Cars always change the date format in America around this time of year to remind everyone that it's the 4th of July. Not July 4th.

I just came up with that one, feel free to use it.

Check the Incontrol web page set up. You may have it set to military time on the web page and every so often it reverts.

Sounds like this happens with some routine after cars have been in for service...
Wonder if it's due to a system reset by the dealer, or even a battery disconnect.

Yes, disconnecting the battery long enough to reset the battery management module after it goes wonky will indeed reset all the user settings back to the factory default.
