Default Complete wasted marketing effort on the F-Type

I got a few chuckles out of this, but it was so corny and dumb! Plus why can't the F-Type outrun a Ford LTD or whatever that late 80s sedan is that is chasing them!?

I found it quite interesting on the contrary. Better than most featured movies at the theaters.

while in the vintage business, my truck was robbed on lankershime blvd by gang members before the rosebowl flea market, and after 6 hours, and really due to my jag, i found back the truck loaded inside a dead end street industrial zone, not only cops can't go to search there, but even after calling them for the recovery they took 2 hours and told me ,usually when they are called like this in these zones it is to be shot ( right behind a freeway) . it was a tough story, and it happenned often there in Pasadena before or after the show, I had that 95 xj6 from Haron Fresno, even very tired i managed to drive back on the scenes and fall after 20 mn straight where the truck was hided, and it was loaded. during the recovery these gangs were coming back while the cops were with me for the recovery and we end ed up all in this tiny dead end street...the detectives called me back few days after to tell me, they never heard such story before...that it was crazy i could find back this truck in Los Angeles Pasadena area alone.

personally I will have never been caught with the motorcycle guy, on the video ...

I like this video, its a nice risk and much better than porsche kinder classes. Great footage and no better place than these roads to do it. It's not pretentious and you can really well see hear the car, almost if you were in. I must say using the horns while in front of a native fiesta is a bit pushy ridiculous, the mexicans are really hilarious and the footage is not about to please or maybe more about the impact, and its well done.

Also, the fact they show a car being high jack like this, its not easy to show to your clients, I do not think Porsche kinder classes footage will do this, it also look like Jaguar had fun doing it, and that's how you progress.

The funny thing about the video is they clearly dubbed over the exhaust/engine sounds, as sometimes it sounds like the V8 and sometimes it is clearly the V6! I guess I'm just mostly disappointed because they had been hyping this video up so much with their constant trailers, music videos, etc.

Fantastic video...that was not a cheap video. Ridley Scott Associates produced it, Damian Lewis, Jordi Mollia, Shannyn Sossamon, and the guy driving the car has been in several big movies as a smaller bit actor. Wow, that had to cost a couple million bucks I'll bet.

Ridley Scott is my favorite director. I wonder if he had any hand in this or if it was just his company?

EDIT - found out it was directed by Dr Who director Adam Smith. He must be part of the Ridley Scott and Associates moniker...
