Newskatercar...I have/had a similar issue recently with my iPhone 14. All features worked fine, while connected to the car via BT, except that the person on the other end of a phone call with me could not understand me at all. I connected that phone via USB cable; it worked fine.

While experimenting with three other phones, all features / calls worked fine via BT or USB.

Overall, I just chalked it up to gremlins with that particular connection. I now just use a USB cable to connect, or I don't connect the phone at all while driving.
