Default Craigslist Ads / For Sale posts?

I have *no* idea where to put this.... and not sure we have a thread for these conversations? This is an LA post for a SF manual vert, being sold b/c "tough times". Not sure you guys like to look these over, spread the word, etc.... if there's other sale posts out there, might as well have a clearing house for them?
