My 2017 R convertible has the 770 watt Meridian system. Local Dealer will replace my blown 7" woofers on both doors. Jaguar shows that today they have the 380 watts, 825 watts, & 1300 watts Meridian systems.
So does anyone knows if there's a difference in the door woofer between the 3 systems?
Is it the exact same speaker?
Or is the woofer for 1300 watt system is a different type/quality than the 380 watt one?
If there is, can I ask to pay the difference to upgrade to the 1300 watt one?
Also, I plan to keep the car for maybe 3 more years. I love the stereo system before I blew the woofer speakers, so should I also look into replacing it with a high(er) quality aftermarket 3 way speakers for the doors?
