Default Difficulties of removing front deflector

Has anyone removed the front center deflector/lip? The black glossy part in the center. And is it difficult to do, or you just had to unscrew the lower lips to get access to it? I need to replace my but don't want to have to remove the bumper.

Yep, I did exactly that about two years ago.
The original was holed after hitting some road debris so I ripped it off and fitted a new replacement, see this thread: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/f...embers-171269/
No need to remove the bumper and not hard to do.
