Fellow forum members. I have a good friend who has lusted after my car for the last 6 years and is finally giving into his obsession and in the hunt for one! He is searching for preferably a V-6 vert auto (yes Lance I know blasphemy ) with milage in the 25-40k range and priced in the mid-high $30s US. The only color he does not want is black but he is open to all the others. He is searching all of the applicable sites, JLR, Carvana etc etc but I wanted to put out the call here if anyone has a line on one or is getting ready to put theirs up for sale. As most of you are meticulous about your cars what better place to add to the search.

Thanks for any leads you all can provide. He is willing to wait to find the right one.

You can sort by private sales and specifically for F-Types

 

True. I sent him that link to the classified section early this morning. Unfortunately he has discovered that many of the listings there are out of date and the vehicles have already been sold, He’s prepared for a bit of a wait given the markets volatility.

 

There are three V6 auto verts on Cars.com right now (that aren't black), one even BRG and tan interior, if I'm not misinterpreting here...

The latest on this search is coming to an end. By this time tomorrow the forum will likely have a new member with a 2016 AWD R loaded with 33k miles on it. I’m headed down with him in the morning to go look at it in Maryland. I’ll of course make sure he does his own intro, photos etc. while he paid more money than he thought he wanted to he is getting far more vehicle for what he paid.
