Thanks for this, it definitely helped me find it in the end. Probably wouldn't have otherwise ;-)

Many Thanks DMeister,
That is a great help. I had contacted my local Jag Service Department and they had no idea how to get this checklist.
Very valuable info for me - Thank you.

When I get to the iGuide either with VIN or via model year I don't get a 'Passport to service' option and it's not in Maintenance or Service sections .
I'm grateful you also posted the copy you found or I'd be tearing my hair out.

?!?

Are you sure you’re not just missing it in the list? After you put your VIN in put “service” in the search bar at the top there and see if it shows it to you…My eyes didn’t see it at first because there was so much info there, but then doing that showed it to me…

That seems awfully weird that JLR would go out of their way to make it available in some markets and not others.

Strange

How sad is it that your dealer could not point you to this one way or the other?! The skeptical side of me says it’s by design to keep you blind and make you service there ;-o

Yeah, I tried again but buggered if I can find it(dementia ??) I wouldn't think it was geographic as I also can't find it if I access the iGuide by year model alone.
Probably something simple I am missing?
In any case your post of the checklist fixed my problem.
Being so new to Jaguar I'm reluctant to unload too much but I have to say I'm surprised at the lack of coordination and ease of access within the group.
We also have Toyota and Mazda and the access and general service seems so much easier.

As we’re seeing they’re becoming a bit of a “special” company these days ;-o

That is very weird for sure. Regardless, glad it helped.

Cheers man

I have tried to add the detail of the 2017 "checksheet" to the 2024 iGuide 'checklist' in case it is of any use . The additions are shown in blue.
