Default F Type Pedal Covers

Has anyone purchased and installed this genuine Jaguar accessory from the JLR Dealership?

My 2014 XJR came with chrome covers stock.
Now I did add the F-Type dead pedal to complete the look. Jaguar #T2R11322.

You can see some different pedal covers in this thread;

I thought the F-Type came with these stock? Or was it only on the "R" models like the XJ?

Nobody will notice. I only see mine when I vacuum the footwell.

True enough but my XJR came without a dead pedal and I do think that adds to the driving enjoyment.

The metal pedal trim was generally optional, not standard except in certain configurations on certain models.

Not everyone chooses to do things based solely on what others will think

I just got the ebay ones and they look decent enough. Would rather spend nearly $200 on actual parts.

There are a few part numbers for genuine aluminium pedal covers that are promoted as compatible with our F-Types, but you should be aware that this is not necessarily the case. Part No C2P23554 is actually the part number for a set of RHD Jaguar XK pedal covers. I'm pretty sure the same pattern was used for the first iteration of the RHD F-Type pedal covers, but these come under Part No T2R18069. For US and other LHD countries the gas/accelerator pedal is a different length and the correct part number is T2R18068 for the set. The footrest/dead pedal, Part No T2R11322 was only produced with the rubber insert pattern matching the first generation pedal covers, The first generation pedal covers were fitted from 2013 - 2017, up to VIN K49803. From this point on the pedal cover rubber insert pattern changed and given that there appears to be no LHD option, the pedal pedal covers Part No T2R18717, were standardised across all regions. Jaguar did not produce a matching footrest/dead pedal for the new pattern pedal covers.

I got them 2nd hand from a member on this forum, super easy to install, also did the dead pedal. They should have been standard in my opinion…but we all know there’s a list of stuff that should have been lol
