What brand spacers and did you have to get longer studs? Is there any rubbing and can we get a shot from the front to see where the front offset is now?

What's a reasonable price for labor to swap out the springs?

I usually recommend budgeting for 45 minutes - 1 hour per corner.

Doesn't look like OP has been around for over a month, so if you get desperate to know, I'm guessing it was these guys who ordered/fitted the parts for him (he said they were called Auto Art and OP is based in Chicago so I'm just taking a punt here):

Although didn't see any F-Types in their European gallery, not that that proves me wrong or right of course.
