Default F-Type SVR CCB Wheel fitment

Right now my car has the stock Maelstrom 20in wheels. (9.0in width front, 11in width rear) would the STORM 20 in wheels work (9.0in width front, 10.5in width rear) or would that 1/2 inch cause clearance issues with the calipers? Could I use a spacer? How do I ensure that there aren't any clearance issues? just mount them and spin the wheels? (I would love input on a spacer if reqd)

2020 F-Type SVR with CCBs

Thanks in advance!!!

I'm fairly sure that only specific wheels fit over the CCB calipers (two or three different types I think) and that the other wheels in the Jag catalogue will not fit.
You may be able to fix that with spacers, best bet 17 mm, but there is only one way to be sure and that is to try it!

Both of these wheels are the wheels that supposedly fit over the CCBs, just one is for the R (Storm) and one is limited to the SVR (the OEM rims)

if they fit on the other cars with ccb then they should fit on your car, but i would still be careful and triple check everything. if you want other wheels you'll have to get custom ones or make sure the dimensions follow the oem dimensions too. chipping your rotors would be a 5k+ mistake

The CCB wheels for the ‘15-‘20 R and the SVR are not interchangeable. The SVR rear wheels will have a larger offset to compensate for the wider axle dimensions, unless the R wheels come from an MY’21.

This is Not true. I have seen numerous SVRs with Storm Wheels. In fact one just sold earlier this year. I'll try to dig up pictures.

If this is true, would a 17mm spacer solve the issue or is there something else going on other than not Enough axial depth to house the calipers

those are slightly different, these are the same shape but with a silver section in the middle. I couldn’t tell from that link on mobile, but are the rear wheels 10.5in?
Thanks!

I didn't say they wouldn't fit, but I am certain if it's the same wheel, it will move the wheel face in or out. Storms were never offered by Jag on the SVRs. (Besides, why would anyone want to downgrade to a 10.5" rim from 11"?). The Maelstrom and Coriolis are the only wheels with the proper offset to place the wheel face in the OEM position on the SVR. Of interest: It appears the Storm Wheel is considered too weak to handle the impact of MTs. They are the only wheels of the regular lineup that aren't offered for MTs.

Ah ok got ya. Yeh that makes sense. And correct I've always wondered why they didn't offer it with a manual. I know a couple months ago a 2016 Manual that had carbon ceramic brake package with storm wheels was listed on Bring a Trailer.

That’s obviously a tweaked car. Neither CCBs nor the Storms were offered with the MT.

Yes I know. I meant to say that the Jaguar CCBs and storm wheels were added by the owner after purchased which he explained in the sale listing.

Any advice for things I need to watch out for in terms of clearance? I can think of the following:
1. Rotors
2. Calipers
3. Suspension arms/knuckle
4. Shocks
5. Brake lines

anything else I should be wary of that might be easy to miss??
