Default Fitting an SVR exhaust to a V8S

As title, is it possible to fit the SVR exhaust mufflers in place of the V8S muffler.

If so is it a simplenboltbon or all of the sizes and brackets different.

Thanks
Andrew

It should bolt in without any issues. All of the F Type exhausts seem to use the same hardware (just difference diffusers). Any reason for going with SVR over one of the Velocity AP valved exhausts? Unless you found a steal on a used SVR exhaust, it's going to cost an arm and a leg.

Brackets are different. I certainly know that the reverse isn't true, you can't put an 'R' exhaust on an SVR.

The SVR exhaust is basically straight through when the valves are open. So if you jump on our 30% off group buy you could get the same sound

The SVR exhaust is very different, it has two separate north/south mufflers at the back vs the large single east/west muffler of almost all other F-Types.

But are the exhaust hanger brackets different. If the 4cyl, V6 and V8 are using the same brackets, I would think that the V8 and SVR brackets are the same no?

OK that looks like a bit of a non starter then.

There is a brand new pair of SVR mufflers on eBay UK for $2500 which got me thinking.

Having owned a V8s and now an SVR vert, the difference in sound between the two is really not that great if at all, if you are looking for more aggressive/louder, i'd go for an aftermarket set up

I lined up an R and an SVR to hear the differences before I purchased my SVR. SVR was a little bit lower in pitch and a little bit louder. Just a little ....

If you can buy all the brackets & stuff it might work. What I'm not sure about is if the threads on the body are there - whether they put both spots on all the cars or if the SVR's are built differently.
