Front license bracket removal

Front license bracket removal
I just acquired my 2016 F-Type. It has the front license bracket, which I removed. It exposes a large threaded "nut". How do I remove that "nut" and where can I buy the cover for the bumper?

i used a site called BumperPlugs.com for a different car. Once you crack the nut issue, they may have a solution.

The bumper cover costs about $200. There are different configurations: gloss, satin, sensors. Here’s the parts list:

The nose has to be pulled to replace it. Easy DIY, but is time consuming to undo the dozens of bolts for nose and undertray removal.
