I know the feeling. My JAAAAG plate came in about a month before his 'incident'. I think the sentiment lives on though.

Now what are the odds of that happening? (Would one divide the number of people living where you are by the number of F-Types sold...or is it the other way around?).

The ONLY way I could see this scene playing out better - MUCH better - is if some gorgeous girl/woman was seen getting out of/in to that Jag behind you. Definitely followed by inviting her out for lunch, a drink, etc. I'm getting excited just thinking about the prospects. (Of course being a happily married man I wouldn't take it that far - OH YES I WOULD - but, really, just thinking of my fellow Forum member).

Very nice!

Hah, actually I played a little game of tag on the freeway the other day with a very attractive woman driving a white F coupe, although nothing came of it, in the end we just went our separate ways.

Next time - and I will assume that there could be a next time (with the same woman) - please attempt some sort of signal suggesting you meet at the next corner, street, exit....whatever. That's definitely what I would do.

Likely to cause more problems than it would be worth I suspect. The divorce would almost certainly result in the loss of the F.

That is why you should always finance cars...easier to get them in divorce court. Also, depreciation is a great way to stash at least your down payment where it will do you some good instead of just forking it over. I did that for my last divorce and ended up with two new cars and a camper and no funds left for maintenance payments.
