Great video on the ZF 8-speed auto used on the F-Type
I have commented on here before, but this vid is better than my words 
I was quite impressed with the auto in the F-Type, but didn't realize how far this unit is used in the industry. I found it was in our BMW 650i, which we drove back-to-back against the Mercedes CLS, which felt OLD in comparison. This auto is about as close to a dual-clutch as I have experienced.
I would still prefer a manual, but this ain't bad
