Group discount: Custom Wheel Spacers/Adapters for F-Type @ 25% off
I've been in touch with Lenny every other day. Spacers have all been shipped. Some have already received theirs. If you have not received yours by end of business Monday, give Lenny a call, or shoot him an email. He doesn't always respond right away, but usually gets back to me the same day.
I also received a UPS tracking number and notice a few minutes ago. No details appear because it doesn't appear to be in UPS possession yet, just says "order created." Must have been scheduled for UPS pickup today, not last week.
Received via email. When Lenny took my order he asked for an email address.
Does anyone know approximately how much labor is involved in installing the adapters?
San Francisco is notoriously expensive for auto work so I'm trying to make sure I don't get taken advantage of.

I think the existing studs need to be filed down a bit, then the adapters and wheels mounted, then properly aligned. The alignment process should also show whether the adapters are properly and evenly spaced.
I'm just not sure how long all of that takes...
Haha I wish!

The spacers appear to be of very high-quality, and mounting them alone shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes because it's just a matter of installing 20 bolts to 92 ft/lbs of torque over the factory studs. However, those same factory studs apparently have to be shaved off about 2mm, which is probably another 60 to 90 minutes at least with the right equipment. I'm guessing that any shop that tries to charge more than 2 hrs of labor is questionable, but I could be wrong. I was planning to do it myself, but I'm more than a little nervous about taking a grinder to the factory studs, or even trusting a tire shop to do that.
My other issue is that I'm concerned that the 15mm thickness of the spacers is too much, at least for me. It will push out the top of the tire to flush with the upper fender lips, which is good, but that also will expose a lot more tire to hurl high-velocity debris at the body, since the fenders flare inward on the front and back.
Mine may be for sale depending upon other's experience. I kinda like the car's stance now with 20" Gyrodynes and OEM P-Zeros, and I have no intention of lowering it.

Can you or someone on this thread provide Lenny's email address? Also someone suggested getting Lenny to provide a list of who he's shipped spacers to...which I think is a great idea for those of us that are still waiting. I received the springs from Velocity but no spacers so can't install...

Check out the Meridian complaint thread. He went after JLR rep Ryan pretty aggressively. I would guess that had something to do with it, as a forum moderator alluded in the same thread.
It seems overly harsh to ban him on one offence.
