Congrats to your friend, who I'm sure was glad for your help & guidance. We'll welcome him to the forum.

I have to say that the car Paul bought from Carvana was as close to showroom-new as any used car I’ve seen. Nice work!
Thank you Dave. It was great meeting you and I appreciate lending us your elegant plate solution. Originally Posted by DJS

Without going into details (about our friendship) I cannot think of a more “deserving” person than you @Prhii . Since “Jay one” my wife and I have admired you and have enjoyed each and every minute with you…and that shall surely continue. The only difference, now, is you have your own JAG! Enjoy every minute/mile and know that I/we will always have your back. Now all we have to do is…stay out of jail!
You will find this forum to be filled with helpful (often fun) information and a great bunch of people (as you have already seen). I can’t speak to too many other forums out there but this F-Type Forum has long been considered one of the best; befitting considering the iconic car it honors and the one which preceded it.
Godspeed Paul!
🙏❤️
Jay

I do applaud your ingenuity @Nati . Assuming one of our group does not continue the “baton” next year, there is a 50/50 shot I’ll take the torch back. We shall see.
Best regards and to your better half.

My inner pedant has to point out that cat is leaping the wrong way!

Check the paint, Carvana is notorious for not divulging all imperfections, ask me how I know. Also, take pictures of any imperfections that are not on their website, sometimes they will compensate you for those not listed.

Thank you for the tip. The car—after not only my/our visual inspection the day we picked it up but after we had our dealer thoroughly check it out—was in even better condition than we anticipated. I think I mentioned in a previous post, the Carvana website clearly showed 4 paint imperfections and try as we might: could not, did not, find them. (We did later discover 3 tiny paint imperfections which we are getting professionally repaired later this week). Originally Posted by randyb

Thanks again @randyb
